Attendance Policy

Attendance Policy

Clear information for learners and families.

Last updated: 1 November 2026

Regular attendance helps learners keep pace with lessons, practice, and project feedback. This policy sets out the academy’s standard class expectations.

Class timing and punctuality

  • Regular class begins at 9:30 AM.
  • Learners should report by 9:20–9:25 AM so they are ready when class starts.
  • If you expect to arrive late or miss a session, notify the academy as early as possible. Late entry is subject to the instructor or administration’s direction.

Recording attendance

Attendance is recorded through the method announced by the academy for the batch. Learners should make sure their attendance is recorded and tell the instructor or administration promptly if a record appears incorrect.

Absences and missed work

Tell the academy about planned absences in advance where possible. Learners are responsible for catching up on missed notes, exercises, or assignments; ask the instructor what materials or support are available.

Classroom conduct

  • Keep mobile phones silent and put them away during lessons. Make calls outside the classroom.
  • Stay engaged with the class activity and use personal devices only when the instructor asks.
  • Follow instructor directions for project work, workshops, and shared equipment.

After the scheduled course period

Once a learner’s scheduled course period ends, regular daily class access is not included. Saturday or weekend access may be arranged for pending course work, subject to academy availability and prior coordination.

Course-specific requirements

If a particular course or assessment has an attendance threshold, it should be stated in that course’s written admission information. Contact admissions if your course documents do not explain an attendance requirement.

For questions, contact the academy through the admissions channel stated in your enrolment documents or the contact page.
