Course fees, payment dates, and refund conditions can differ by program and batch. The academy should provide the applicable fee and refund terms in writing before payment. This page explains how to request a review; the learner’s written admission terms provide the course-specific details.
Before making a payment
Please ask admissions to confirm in writing:
- the full fee and its components, including any separately charged materials or services;
- the date by which a withdrawal request must be made for each refund category;
- any deduction or non-refundable component and when it applies; and
- the expected processing method and time for an approved refund.
Do not rely on an oral assurance where the written course terms say something different; ask admissions to correct or confirm the terms before paying.
How to request a refund
- Send a written request to the admissions channel shown on your receipt or enrolment record, or use the contact page.
- Include your name, course and batch, payment receipt or transaction reference, payment date, and the reason for withdrawal.
- Admissions will confirm receipt, review the applicable course terms and services already provided, and communicate its decision and any calculation in writing.
How approved refunds are processed
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method where available. If that is not possible, admissions may request verified account details through a secure channel. The processing estimate should be confirmed with the refund decision.
Course changes or cancellation by the academy
If the academy cancels a course or makes a material change to a batch, it will communicate the available options and handle any refund due under the written terms and applicable law.
Fair and transparent terms
Refund conditions should be clear before enrolment and applied consistently. Nothing on this page limits a learner’s rights or remedies under applicable law. If a course-specific document appears inconsistent with this page, contact admissions for written clarification.
